Congratulations to first time parents, mama L and daddy M, on the birth of their daughter O! L had a wonderful HypnoBabies birth–she labored beautifully and she and M were wonderful advocates for themselves and baby O in the hospital! After some technical difficulties with L’s iPod, we had to make do with my HypnoBabies tracks and me reading extra scripts, but L took it all in stride. O gave her a wonderful break at the end, only taking 18 minutes for L to push her out!

I provided some additional breastfeeding help the other day, and get to see them later today for their postpartum visit. I’m excited for more new baby time!
